Do you accept insurance?REACH is an out-of-network (OON) and self-pay clinic. This means you can use your out-of-network insurance coverage if applicable, or you can pay for services without going through insurance. You will be provided with a superbill at the end of your appointment which you can submit to your insurance provider if your insurance coverage includes out-of-network benefits. You may be eligible for partial or full reimbursement of your appointment cost depending on your benefits with your insurance provider. If using self-pay, you will be provided with proof of payment prior to leaving appointment for your own records. We fully understand the commitment you are making when attending appointments at REACH, and we proudly deliver unparalleled quality of care that is clear, comprehensive, individualized, and effective which will exceedingly support your decision to invest in the success of your healthcare. We want you to meet your goals as efficiently and professionally as possible, and we accomplish this by developing expertly crafted and thorough treatment plans that are catered directly to your needs.

Do I need a doctor’s referral before my first appointment? No. The state of Georgia allows patients to see a physical therapist without a referral for up to 8 visits or 21 days. We highly recommend having a referral/prescription on file before the second visit to allow for a smooth course or treatment without interruption. You can obtain a referral from your primary care doctor or other specialist. REACH is happy to help you find a doctor from it's network of top quality providers if you do not have one already. If you are a Medicare recipient, you are required to have a referral for physical therapy prior to your first appointment.

Do you accept Medicare?Yes, however REACH is a non-participating provider. This means that you can use your Medicare benefits but will be responsible for the full appointment cost at time of service. REACH will submit your claim after the appointment and any financial reimbursement, as determined your insurance provider(s), will be mailed to you after the claim is processed.
