REACH Physical Therapy is proud to offer performance and fitness programming for those motivated to improve in their sport, occupation, or overall fitness level. You and your programming provider will have an in-depth discussion about your past and current health/training as well as your specific fitness goals. From there, you will be provided with a unique and personalized program aimed at reaching your fitness and performance potential.

Programs are developed in 4-week training blocks. Your program will be continuously overseen and adjusted by your programming provider.
